TERMS OF USE
Binding
The following terms of use govern the rights and obligations of guests regarding the use of the online shop woodenwatch.gr, which,from now on for brevity, will be referred to as the "Shop".
By entering and navigating to the Shop, the user/visitor accepts the following terms. This acceptance will consist in an explicit, unconditional and irrevocable agreement to comply with these conditions. In case of disagreement of the user / visitor with one of the conditions, he must interrupt and avoid browsing to the Shop’s webpage, notifying the administrator.
The Store reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time, and changes are taken into account only if made in writing and incorporated herein. It is therefore recommended users to check periodically the content of these terms.
In case of total or partial invalidity or impossibility of implementation of individual terms does not affect the validity of all the remaining terms. By this agreement you agree and acknowledge that all the content of the Store (texts, marks, images, services, electronic files etc.) Is the intellectual property of the individual enterprise "Dapontes Anastasios' from the moment of publication on the internet and as therefore enjoys the protection of Greek and European law as well as relevant provisions of international conventions. The domain name www.woodenwatch.gr is registered in the database of Greek Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) and therefore protected from all the relevant Greek and European law and the decisions of EETT as domain name (domain name). With respect to intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties (eg partner sites), their protection lies solely recipients.
It is prohibited otherwise making use, copy, store, reproduce, republish, transmit, publish, load (download), translation and modification of part or all of the contents of the Shop and services offered on this without the prior written permission of it’s owner.
Exceptionally allowed to store and copy parts of the content in personal computer for strictly personal use. A prerequisite is the lack of intention for commercialization and indication of source of origin. In no case, however, this can not be interpreted as a willingness licensing of copyright on behalf of the Shop.

Using woodenwatch.gr and it’s content is solely the responsibility of the user. The Store through it’s designers and administrators makes every effort towards the development, renovation and improvement of it’s services and the store in general. All necessary organizational and security measures and the most appropriate technical content protection mechanisms applied by seeking to provide an as much possible safer environment for users, under the respective legislative provisions. However it is always possible to present bugs / glitches / interruptions on the contents of the website and / or appear viruses or other malicious software (malware) or on the website or in the server.
The Store may in no circumstances be held liable for any damage and / or any other negative consequences that can result from access to the Store and / or using the information and services provided on it. The entire content and services of the Shop provided 'as is''. There is no guarantee from the Shop that the pages, services, choices and content will be uninterrupted or free of errors or that these errors will be corrected. At woodenwatch.gr there are exhibited and available for sale watches and sun glasses, mainly made of wood. You can get more information about the materials that are used as the basis for manufacturing the watches here.
Placing an order by the user does not imply the absolute commitment of the Shop for processing it, as confirmation of the product(s) availability is performed after order entry. In case of low or insufficient availability of the product in store reserves the right not to execute the order, informing the user about the fact and the possible alternatives.
Product prices must be seen clearly in both the selection phase and during the checkout by the user. Although we make every effort to accurately display the items and prices we have in our shop, we can not exclude the possibility of occurrence of typographical or technical errors in prices. For this reason we recommend that, if the price of a product is unusually low or high without being accompanied by an indication of special offer, please contact customer service before placing the order, to verify that there is no error about it .
The products are sold as they are and the Shop assumes no liability if the customer makes an estimation error as to their characteristics, except for legal exceptions. More about the return policy you can find here
WARRANTY TERMS
The wooden products of the store are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. The following terms and conditions must be met:
The warranty covers any mechanism and construction defects. During the warranty period any defect will be repaired free of charge. Proof of purchase(receipt)or warranty card, must be provided. If the repair is not possible, the store guarantees to replace your product by a product of the same or similar model/color.
The warranty does not cover cases of normal wear of the wood, wear or tear in crystal, strap, bracelet, clasp, frame and the battery life.
The warranty does not cover damages that caused from exposure to water or fire as well as loss or theft.
The warranty does not cover any damage to any part of the product, which was derived from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, cracks etc.) incorrect use of the product, as well as damages caused by non- authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services, repairs, etc.)
Right of Withdrawal - Returns
Under the provisions of the legislation on consumer protection and without prejudice to the legal exceptions, you have the right, in consultation with the store to return products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. We do not need any explanation from you, and you will only be charged with the cost of returning the goods.
The terms and conditions for the right of withdrawal are:
• The product has to be in it’s original condition , not worn or used.
• The buyer must not have removed any piece from the bracelet and the watch has to be unmodified.
• You must return all supporting products like paper box, warranty card and proof of purchase.
• The product labels must not be removed or destroyed in any way.
In case the product has lost some of its value due to poor treatment, the buyer will be charged with cost needed to restore it. Therefore, the amount to be refunded will be reduced by the amount that will be appropriate when considering the functionality and product characteristics. Therefore, the amount to be refunded will be reduced by the restoration cost, which will be calculated after evaluating the product’s functionality and characteristics.
You are responsible for the product’s safety during shipment (appropriate packaging, etc.) and woodenwatch.gr holds no responsibility for any damage caused during transportation.
You will be refunded the amount you paid within fourteen(14) days since the day the package is returned to us.
In case the product you received is different from that you ordered, we will be charged with the shipping costs for returning it, provided that the product is it’s original packaging and condition.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
